Here are some of the most frequent questions we hear from our clients, but don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any additional questions!

  • We offer a variety of cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, pre-sale cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, regular cleaning, and deep cleaning.

We want to make sure you are satisfied with our services. For the avoidance of the doubt, here is what’s included in regular cleaning.

Our deep cleaning service includes all the elements of our regular cleaning, but with extra attention to detail.

All services provided on Regular Cleaning, plus:

  • Damp-wipe all baseboards
  • Damp-wipe all doors
  • Dust all light fixtures and ceiling fans
  • Damp-wipe all blinds
  • Cleaning inside of ovens
  • Cleaning inside of fridges
  • Windows (inside, only reachable parts of the window)

All services provided on Deep Cleaning, plus:

  • Cleaning inside of all cabinets
  • Sweeping the garage

Our services do not include:

  • Laundry, ironing and folding (except for AirBnbs whenever agreed upon in advance)
  • Garage
  • Porch
  • External areas
  • Inside refrigerators and ovens (included only in Deep Cleaning and Move-in / Move-out)
  • Doing dishes
  • Organizing toys, clothes and other objects
  • Please keep all areas to be cleaned at a reasonable level of organization for our teams to perform their work in the best possible way to keep your home sparkling!
  • Yes, we offer additional cleaning services, such as:

    • Porch / Patio
    • Refrigerator
    • Oven
    • Dishes
    • Basement – regular cleaning
    • Basement – deep cleaning
    • Garage sweep
    • Organization (call us for an estimate, it depends on each case)

    Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to add any of these services to your cleaning at an additional fee.

  • Yes, we carry full liability insurance to give you peace of mind knowing that your property, you, and our staff are protected during our services.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If the service provided by us was not satisfying to you, please send a picture to bossanovacleaningatlanta@gmail.com up to 24h after the conclusion of your cleaning. We will send back one of our teams on the same or next day to fix the work.

  • No, we don’t require our clients to sign any contracts, even if you hire us on a recurrent basis. You can rely on us to provide top-quality cleaning services without any long-term commitment.
  • We will always bring our own professional equipment to carry on with our services. However, we ask our clients to make available the specific products they would like to be used on their homes.

    Supplies and equipment to be provided BY BOSSA NOVA CLEANING ATLANTA:

    • Cleaning cloths – for regular cleaning, we will provide you a set of cloths to be used only on your home. After the conclusion of the cleaning service, we will leave the cloths in the laundry machine an set it off. We kindly ask them to be dried before the next scheduled cleaning
    • Vacuum
    • Swiffers with extension
    • Mop
    • Stainless Steel polish
    • Bag for products
    • Special cloth for glass

    Supplies to be provided BY THE CLIENT:

    • Trash bags
    • Paper towels
    • Glass cleaner
    • Dish Soap
    • Bleach (Clorox)
    • Multipurpose
    • Furniture polish (e.g Pledge)
    • Hardwood floor cleaner (e.g Bona)
    • Ladder
  • You can easily schedule a cleaning appointment by filling out the Request a Free Estimate form on our website or by calling us. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule for a first time visit and estimate.

To cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. Please note that cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in a 50 USD fee. We do this so we can best serve all our clients in the most efficient way and cover part of the opportunity costs incurred on these cases.

We primarily serve Atlanta, Alpharetta, Milton, Marietta, Lawrenceville, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Duluth, Suwanee, Cumming, and Braselton. However, please contact us to confirm if we can provide services to your specific location.

  • Yes, we offer occasional promotions and discounts throughout the year. Be sure to check our website or follow us on social media to stay updated on our current offers.

    We offer a 10% discount on your next cleaning if you write us a review with pictures on Yelp or Nextdoor (20% for both!).
